BigBand Networks Shortlisted for the Cable & Satellite International Awards 2010
BigBand's CVEx™ Converged Video Exchange named as a finalist for best content-on-demand solution

(NASDAQ: BBND), a leader in digital video networking, announced today that its CVEx™ Converged Video Exchange has been named as a finalist for the 2010 Cable & Satellite International (CSI) Product of the Year Award in the best content-on-demand solution category.
BigBand's CVEx is the first software-based video control plane that provides a true convergence between different video applications, RF and IP transports, and end-user screens. CVEx treats network bandwidth as a common resource across all applications, dramatically simplifying the implementation and management of next generation video delivery.
